The product Contalog, and all of its contents and services solely belongs to Contalog. In the texts given below, the term 'You', 'Client' or 'User' all denotes the user or client who access the website (in any way) or uses the services of it in any level.

Your compliance to the Terms and Conditions set forth below is necessary. These terms governs your access and usage of Contalog and its supportive backend operations. So please read them carefully before availing the service.

Contalog's services may be changed or updated as a part of refinement process and changes of such kind in the service will be included in the Terms of Service as and when they are done. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.

By using the services you agree to abide by the rules and regulations mentioned in the Terms of Service. If you make use of Contalog as a representative from an organization, you are agreeing and should make sure that you keep that organization aware of these terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and the software are provided "as is". Contalog and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Contalog, its suppliers and licensors do not give any assurance that the website will be free of errors and also that the access to the product (Contalog) will be continuous or uninterrupted. Hence, you must understand that you must make use of Contalog at your own risk.

Responsibility for harm on your computer systems or network, corruption or loss of data or harm in any other form, that results from your actions like using Contalog's service or while accessing it, will not be held by Contalog.

Contalog End User License Agreement

Hereafter, license refers to this document, licensor refers to Contalog, and licensee refers to the party who receive this license after purchasing the product by paying the required fee as determined by the Licensor. This License governs use of the product and your usage constitutes your acceptance of this License and all of its contents and stipulations.


1. The software may only be used after the Terms of Use have been agreed to by Licensee and the payment received in full by Contalog.

2. The software may under no circumstances be distributed to any third party or individual.

3. The software may be used to serve multiple users, but they must not be given access to its internal resources. Distribution of these resources is illegal.

4. The software may not be resold by any means without expressed permission from Contalog.

User Accounts

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.

Your complete legal name, valid email address and other required information are a must for the successful completion of the signup process.

The responsibility of maintaining the privacy and security of your account lies with you. Contalog will not be held liable for harm, damage and loss that results due to your failure to protect your account login credentials, including password.

For all your account related issues, updates and system updates Contalog will be contacting you via email.

You are responsible for all contents posted, updated and activities performed under your account.

Contalog may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment Regulations

You can include any number of users into your sales chain using Contalog. Service fee for all the users should be paid in advance for each month and this fee will not be refunded.

Service fee for a month will be debited from your account in advance beginning from the date on which the service has been availed and refunds will not be provided for decrease in the number of users or termination in between the next billing cycle.

If you upgrade the number of users in a random date which falls in between the next billing cycle, charges for the additional number of users will be debited from your account in the same month and will be added to the billings of the upcoming months as well.

Service and Fee Policy Changes

Contalog has complete authority to update, change any of its service structure, modify it or discontinue it with or without notifying it to any of its users, at any time for any reason. The list of services and features might be changed in the future as part of our refinement process. New features included into the service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.

Contalog reserves the rights to change its monthly fee structure with a prior notice of 30 days. Change in the service fee structure will be informed to clients through our website contalog.com

Termination and cancellation of contract:

Contalog may terminate your access to all or any part of the software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

The responsibility of proper cancellation of your account lies only with you. You are free to cancel your account at anytime. Cancellation can be done by following the steps given in the 'Account Settings' link in the Admin page. Account cancellation requests through phone or email will also be considered.

Even if a cancellation is done in the middle of a month, you will be liable for the full monthly charges of that particular month. No refunds for the remaining 'No Service' days will be provided.

Refusal of Service and Business Relations:

Contalog reserves the right to cease support and/or terminate business relations in instances of libel, defamation, abuse, or harassment. Contalog will terminate all support and business relations in instances of software piracy. This includes, but is not limited to "cracked", "nulled", or otherwise unlicensed versions of Contalog.

Illegal Distribution:

If our product is found to be stolen, distributed without permission, illegally obtained, or if the users of this software are found to be breaching any of the terms herein, the Licensor has the unconditional right to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
